氢气医学临床文献汇总20210405
氢气医学至今已经14年,研究论文早就超过1000篇,其中论著也差不多1000篇。作为一种可应用的医学气体,最重要的一个指标就是人体试验的论文,人体试验从证据层次上高于动物实验和细胞学研究,另外人体研究的难度和制约因素比较大,因此这些研究非常宝贵。
10多年的时间已经有100多篇人体试验论文,这是非常可贵的,但是相对来说,研究论文数量仍然不够多,更大的问题是这些研究的质量仍然不够高,大多数都是个案报道和系列观察,严格的双盲安慰剂对照论文数量比较少。这正是氢气医学领域学者努力的方向。
