氢气和高血压

目前仅见一些动物实验,对人类患者的效果不能确定。且动物实验结果也存在很大差异,有的结果显示氢气能降低高血压,但也有没有发现降压效果,只对高血压导致的器官损伤具有保护作用。

曾经遇到不少朋友,过去高血压比较严重,但经过长期大量用氢,结果血压更平稳,甚至有的不用药也能维持正常水平。对这种案例,由于没有进行严格对照研究,无法作为有效证据。且也不容易理解为什么大量用氢能降低高血压,这需要进行严格大规模临床试验来确定效果,需要更深入研究对机制进行分析。
